This policy explains what personal data we process through the andramar.gr website, for what purpose, and what your rights are under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 — GDPR) and Greek law.
The site is primarily informational: it has no contact form, no user accounts and no advertising cookies.

What data we process
Contact at your initiative: if you email or call us, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely to reply to you.
Technical operation data: the hosting provider may log your IP address and basic technical information (browser type, request time) for the security and correct operation of the site.
Map: the “Contact” section includes an embedded Google map, which loads only if you give the relevant consent (see Cookies).
We do not collect special categories of data and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Replying to your enquiries — Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.
Security and operation of the website — Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
Publishing the annual balance sheets and keeping accounting records — Art. 6(1)(c) (legal obligation; L. 4072/2012, G.E.MI.).
Loading the map and (in future) anonymous analytics — Art. 6(1)(a) (consent).
Cookies & local storage
By default we use only necessary cookies/local storage. Optional ones (map, analytics) are enabled only with your explicit consent via the banner.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) for about 6 months.

Third parties & international transfers
Google (map): when you load the map, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address. It may process data outside the EEA (e.g. the USA) under its own safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses). See: policies.google.com/privacy.
Hosting provider: the site is hosted by a specialist provider that processes technical data as a processor on our behalf.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising purposes.
Retention
Messages/correspondence: for as long as needed to handle them and to meet any legal or tax obligation.
Technical logs: for a limited period, for security reasons.
Consent record: about 6 months (or until you withdraw it).
Accounting/tax records: for the period required by law.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time (without retroactive effect).
